Take Care of Your Body

The best way to stay healthy is to take care of yourself! In addition to washing your hands and not touching your face, make sure to exercise, eat healthy, keep a normal sleep schedule, and, if possible, get outside. As long as you keep a safe social distance from other people, you can still be outside and go for walks. Plus, you can also get some Vitamin D and enjoy the weather now that it is warming up.
