Join the Involvement Center, the Qube, and Stout’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance for part two, once again featuring Transcendence Cabaret, an alumnus founded and produced, BI&POC centered, trans/gender non-conforming troupe of performers. This will be a night that will engage all your senses, with food, fun, photobooths, and more fabulousness than you can imagine!

AFS Open Pour: Lost Foam Metalcasting 2

This session we're using the Lost Foam Method!
We'll have premade patterns and tools to cut your own!
Spots limited; register in Connect to reserve your spot!

In Lost Foam casting, you bury your EPS foam pattern (coffee cup material) in a specialized type of sand with a sprue sticking out on top. We pour molten metal over top and the pattern vaporizes on contact, leaving the metal to take the shape left behind!
