Nearing the end of the Semester...How to stay Motivated??

  1. Simplify things - Reduce the number of things on your to do list and focus on the things you absolutely need to get done. This will help save your energy and help with motivation.

  2. Stay focused on the future - Set new, measurable goals, forget the past and try to remember why you set out to accomplish this in the first place.

  3. Take time for yourself - Go on a walk, take breaks, and do what you enjoy.

  4. Make a plan and stick to it - Write down deadlines and allow yourself ample time to complete each assignment.

  5. Focus on your accomplishments - Measure your success on how far you’ve come, not how far you have  to go. Don’t forget to celebrate!

  6. Lean on your support system - you don’t have to do it alone! Express gratitude for what you have and use your family and friends for support.
