MONEY MATTERS: Tuition Payment Options
Spring 2020 tuition and fee payments are due March 4, 2020. Don't worry, you still have time to make your payment, but remember to consider the payment method and the amount of time it takes to process before waiting until March 3 to pay!
As a reminder, you can pay online, in person, by mail and through Flywire!
MONEY MATTERS: Tax Questions
I am pleased to see and hear so many students asking questions about taxes. Indeed, as international students, you always have to file some tax documentation at this time of year but if you were employed in 2019, you will also need to file your taxes. We know that this is a confusing process so I am devoting Walk-In Hours on March 4 & 5 to answering your tax questions-- please mark your calendars!
Please remember that I (nor anyone else in this office) is a certified accountant so the information that we can provide you is limited. Most of what we have to tell you is available on Stout Cloud. Those of you registered with Glacier, should have received some information from HR, this information can be reviewed here.
Additional information that might be useful to you is located here: https://www.internationalstudent.com/tax/. Please note that this site is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with UW-Stout, but provided as a possible resource for you. Professional advice is always most reliable.
Empty Bowls is a major fundraising event held on March 28, 2020. For the event to be a success, (and to serve soups on the day!) event organizers need help decorating/painting bowls what will be distributed to attendees. We want your help in painting bowls for the event!
