Updates on July 6, 2020 Guidance

We hope this message finds you well and in good spirits following a stressful last week. In case you have not heard, this afternoon we received news that the policy directive put forth on July 6, 2020 by ICE will be rescinded.

It is our understanding that for Fall 2020, there will be a return to the status quo, establised on March 13, 2020 which will allow for greater flexibility regarding method of instruction and physical presence in Fall 2020. We are still gathering details and will send out additional information soon.

But for now, you can rest a little be easier knowing that our advocacy efforts worked and that the information we received last week will not stand.
