HOMECOMING AND THINKING SPRING!

I hope you were able to get out and enjoy the pleasant weather this past weekend-- these may be the last warm days for a while! But don't worry, we probably have a few more weeks until the first snow so there is still time to take advantage of local, autumnal activities.

We may only be mid-way through October but very soon it will be time to register for classes in Spring 2020! For those of you looking to enroll in classes over winter, you should be able to do that even sooner but you'll have to check your enrollment date to be sure. Career Services is also taking applications for Winterim Job Shadowing opportunities; read below for more information.

It is never too early to take steps to ensure that you are ready to register for Spring term. To prepare, you should know your enrollment date and be sure to reach out to your advisor if you need assistance with your degree plan. The sooner you take these actions, the more likely you are to get into the classes you need to continue making degree progress!

HOW TO CHECK YOUR SPRING 2021 ENROLLMENT DATE

Your semester enrollment date is determined by where you are in the completion of your degree program. The further along you are, the earlier your enrollment date will be. Every student has their own unique enrollment date and it is important that you know yours before you miss it! To check YOUR enrollment date, follow the step-by-step guide here. Generally speaking, the dates will look something like this:

DEGREE LEVEL ENROLLMENT DATE
Graduate Year 2 October 29, 2020
Graduate Year 1 October 30, 2020
Seniors November 4, 2020
Juniors November 11, 2020
Sophomores November 18, 2020
Freshmen November 24, 2020

The further you are into your program, the earlier your date will be. This is intentionally done to best accommodate students, like seniors, who need to be more selective about their courses. Please enroll at your earliest possible date to avoid missing out on classes that you need to graduate!
