Society has lied to us. The world has told us that we’ll be enough when we graduate magna cum laude, land that high-paying job, or reach the top of the socio-economic classes. These are all great endeavors, but they can mislead us if we’re not careful. Throughout this program, you’ll hear how fighting chronic depression and selling drugs across campus as a D1 athlete on a historic football team led Darryll Stinson to multiple suicide attempts, all because he never felt like he was enough. You’ll hear how he overcame mental health stigmas to become a successful entrepreneur and family man.

Signups for acts begin at 7:00 and the show will go from 8, until we run out or we hit 10:00. Even if you chose not to perform, it's a good time to get out and enjoy some fun acts!
WiSys Quick Pitch registration open through March 31 WiSys Quick Pitch, to be held May 3, is a research-focused 3-minute pitch competition, open to all academic disciplines and both undergraduate and graduate students, that offers cash prizes to the winners. Registration is open through March 31. Registered participants receive training, on April 20, to learn to effectively communicate their research to a general audience.

Got a wild spring break planned? Here are some tips to keep you safe!
1. Keep your ID on you - especially if you’re traveling internationally, always keep it on your body. Keep a paper copy as well just in case.
2. Don’t travel alone - stay in a group and use the buddy system!
3. Choose a code word - have a word that you can say to your friends to signify that you don’t feel safe or comfortable in a situation.
4. Drink safely - drink in moderation (1 drink per hour and no more than 2-4 per night) Eat a meal beforehand and stay hydrated!
