This event will be run and hosted by Bridging the Divide and Philosophy Club. The event will involve discussion around controversy regarding political issues, the educational system, and, in the spirit of spooky season, the paranormal realm.
UW-Stout is participating in the 2024 Government & Nonprofit Career Fair at the University of Minnesota – Friday, October 25th. Employers in attendance are looking to hire interns and professional positions. This career fair is only open to students and alumni from participating colleges and universities. To attend the fair, you must register with UW-Stout Career Services.

Student Research Grant Program - Info Session and RICE Meeting
This session is for students who would like to learn more about UW-Stout's student research grant program, understand the process to apply and what makes for a strong grant proposal, and learn about the grant requirements and responsibilities if awarded the grant. The session will be led by Chela Cea who coordinates the grant program in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and will certainly leave time for Q&A.
This session will be held as part of a meeting of the new student club Research, Innovation, and Creative Endeavors (RICE), so attendees will also be able to learn about RICE and connect with group members.
UW-Stout students, faculty, and staff: Help us harvest, weed, mulch, and enjoy the great outdoors! All volunteers will be provided with gloves and tools. Please bring water and your BlueCard.
