Welcome to 2020!  Spring semester is almost here! Here are a few important updates to kick it off right!

Student Org Showcase

REGISTER FOR THE STUDENT ORG SHOWCASE

The new Student Org Showcase will be here before we know it. Did you org reserve a table yet?  We'll be showcasing student orgs over the course of 3 days over the lunch rush giving you a chance to recruit new members and get some visibility!

Pick one of the days below to register for!  We'll be giving away free swag, free snacks and free prizes!

Tuesday, February 4th | 11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Register!
Wednesday, February 5th | 11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Register!
Thursday, February 6th | 11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Register!

Appl for your Annual Budget

Budget requests will close on January 30th, 2020 at noon. Get your annual budget in so your org has a chance at funding for the 2020-21 academic year!  Learn more about applying for SSA funding on our CONNECT website.

Travel and Contract Reminder | Plan Ahead

Is your org funded for travel or for a speaker or performer this semester?  If so, remember to work early and often with our office to arrange all details!

  • Contracts must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.  Submit the contract form on CONNECT. Email Emily Ascher with questions.
  • Work with Rhonda Rubenzer early to arrnage your travel. For more information on spending your travel budget, visit our website and refer to the travel section. Email Rhonda Rubenzer with any and all questions.
