Student Life Services will host a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Training Workshop from on Tuesday, October 7 from 1pm - 3pm (Oakwood, MSC).
QPR is an emergency response protocol for someone who is in a suicidal crisis. The training identifies the warning signs, clues and suicidal communication of people in trouble and provides the skills to act to prevent a possible tragedy. Our Caucus starts at 6:30pm with our full Senate Meeting starting at 7:00pm.
The University Student Senate is the legislative body of the Stout Student Association and meets weekly to discuss university policy and shared governance, allocate fees, promote new initiatives in support of the students, and hear from campus leaders.
