8:00pm - 10:00pm
South Lawn, MSC
Add to Google Cal,Outlook,Yahoo,iCal

His honest sound and sincere delivery connects with fans on a personal level and at its core, Moreno’s music is a genuine reflection of his real life experiences and down-to-earth personality. Moreno’s music mixes elements of a modern country sound with a noticeable Pop/Rock edge, and he brazenly wears the alternative rock influences of the 90’s and 2000’s on his sleeve. The result is a unique sound that feels both fresh and familiar at the same time.

Mental Health Tip: Setting Boundaries

Series 5: Setting Boundaries

  1. Focus on yourself - make yourself a priority in order to have healthy relationships with friends, family, and others

  2. Practice Self-Awareness - listen to your gut! Do what makes you feel comfortable and safe

  3. Name your limits - identify what you need physically, emotionally, and mentally so that you can communicate these with others

  4. Be consistent - we can’t expect others to know how we’re feeling, so we need to be clear and persistent

  5. Get support - asserting boundaries can be tricky, so reach out to a trusted person or a mental health professional

  6. Start small - if you feel anxious or guilty, that’s okay! Start with something more manageable and work your way up.
