DESCRIPTION:This event is part of the UW System Spring 2022 Virtual Career Trek series, and is hosted by UW Madison.\n\nAttending a Virtual Career trek is an opportunity:\n• to engage with industry professionals\n• expand your network\n• increase your awareness of career possibilities\n\nYou can build connections that will help with your job search AND discover potential career paths that you might not have considered. It's a unique chance to learn about a company of interest, any job or internship opportunities they have available, and what they might look for in candidates that apply. The Virtual Career Treks will be hosted every Wednesday at 12 PM.\n\nhttps://www.peakinitiative.org/\n\nPEAK offers comprehensive programming that builds leadership-focused, social and emotional learning skills, spanning into adulthood.\n\nThe PEAK Initiative's approach to leadership development is driven by best practices in social-emotional learning and experiential education with proven results. Our success has led us to expand our offerings beyond summer camp to include after-school and weekend offerings, year-round. To date, we have served thousands of youth through our programs.\n\nWe believe a child's potential should not be limited by their circumstance and that all youth have the right to be involved in activities and pursuits that nurture their spirit and support their passion.
