Spring Move-Out for Off-Campus Students

May 6th, 7th, and 8th from 10am-4pm

Parking Lot 29, east of the Sports & Fitness Center

Current off-campus students must register for this program before arriving

Register at https://cglink.me/2db/s94869

Note: If you live in a residence hall, there is a separate move-out process. Starting on April 27th, collection boxes will be available in the lobbies of all residence halls for students to donate items. Furniture can be placed next to the collection boxes.

Items you can donate/recycle/dispose of:

  • Furniture (couches, beds, futons, etc.)
  • Appliances (mini fridges, microwaves, toasters, etc.)
  • Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.)
  • Lamps
  • Clothing
  • Non-Perishable Food

When bringing items to Parking Lot 29, you must:

  • Bring a helper -- We will try and help students remove items from their vehicles and place them into the Restore truck or disposal dumpsters. At times, however, the event can get busy, so please bring someone to help you if you can.
  • Arrive with your own items -- If you have a family member, friend, or someone else helping you transport your items, you will need to accompany them. You can either arrive in the same vehicle or a different vehicle (for social distancing purposes). If you arrive in a different vehicle, you will need to pull in first with your student ID and have the vehicle with your items pull in behind you.
  • Have your valid student ID -- You will be asked to show your student ID when you arrive.
  • Enter Parking Lot 29 from its north entrance on 13th Avenue East -- From there, you will be directed where to go by those staffing the event.

The budget for this event is limited, so it is first-come, first-served.
Students are allowed one trip per valid student ID.
If the budget is expended, you will have to find an alternative way to recycle and/or dispose of your items.
