Sustainability Council Meeting| SSA

The Sustainability Council is the standing committee of the University Student Senate tasked with promoting environmental sustainability at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and managing the Green Fee, a segregated fee that funds environmentally sustainable projects. The Sustainability Council does this through developing and applying funding guidelines on what projects and activities will be funded through the and providing their recommendations to the University Student Senate for approval. The council also provides recommendations to the University Student Senate on issues of environmentalism. Finally, the council works with environmental student organizations to develop and promote events and activities that relate to environmental sustainability.
