All online and free for all college and university students, NRF Foundation All Access connects retail professionals with the next generation of talent. Students will discoverthe depth and breadth of career paths in the retail industry, increase their understanding of employment trends in the industry and build skills that are in-demand by employers. The NRF Foundation brings together undergraduates with retail leaders, providing college and university students with guidance and valuable insight from industry professionals, and connects companies to the next generation of talent. We've got exclusive conversations with industry leaders. And with our online career fair and mentoring opportunities, we'll help students build networks with professionals at a wide variety of companies. Over 12 weeks this fall, NRF Foundation All Access will help students build extraordinary careers with insights from the people who power retail.

Retail Leaders Unscripted

Starting Sept. 2, we'll premiere webinars each Wednesday at noon ET that feature industry leaders answering questions submitted by students – keeping the conversation focused on what undergraduates need to know as they prepare to secure jobs in the industry.

Executive Mentor Experience

Our exclusive Executive Mentor Experience, made possible by American Express, offers the unique opportunity to virtually connect with industry executives and leaders in small groups to receive valuable career advice and learn about various roles in retail. These leaders will share their perspectives, insights on career advancement, and stories from their career journeys.

Virtual Career Fair

When students participate in the NRF Foundation Virtual Career Fair on Thursday, Oct. 8 they can attend live broadcasts from companies, learn about job opportunities and network with many of the top retailers.

Retail Backstage

Students will go behind-the-scenes with retailers on exclusive virtual tours of stores, corporate offices and more. They'll meet company executives, explore departments and learn about key areas of the business. And they'll witness first-hand the breadth and diversity of career opportunities in an industry at the epicenter of innovation.

Professional Development

What skills do students need to be young professionals in today's workforce? Retailers will lead exclusive sessions designed to provide the tools needed to prepare for roles in retail.
