Over 12 weeks this fall, NRF Foundation All Access will help students build extraordinary careers with insights from the people who power retail.
Retail Leaders Unscripted
Starting Sept. 2, we’ll premiere webinars each Wednesday at noon ET that feature industry leaders answering questions submitted by students – keeping the conversation focused on what undergraduates need to know as they prepare to secure jobs in the industry.
Executive Mentor Experience
Our exclusive Executive Mentor Experience, made possible by American Express, offers the unique opportunity to virtually connect with industry executives and leaders in small groups to receive valuable career advice and learn about various roles in retail. These leaders will share their perspectives, insights on career advancement, and stories from their career journeys.
Virtual Career Fair
When students participate in the NRF Foundation Virtual Career Fair on Thursday, Oct. 8 they can attend live broadcasts from companies, learn about job opportunities and network with many of the top retailers.
Students will go behind-the-scenes with retailers on exclusive virtual tours of stores, corporate offices and more. They’ll meet company executives, explore departments and learn about key areas of the business. And they’ll witness first-hand the breadth and diversity of career opportunities in an industry at the epicenter of innovation.
What skills do students need to be young professionals in today’s workforce? Retailers will lead exclusive sessions designed to provide the tools needed to prepare for roles in retail.
