Details

Group Run. We typically run between 3-5 miles at about a 9:30-7:30 min/mile pace but are flexible and can accommodate runners of any skill level. While the weather is nice we will be meeting on the sidewalk outside of the Applied Arts building but once it starts to get cold we will meet on the 2nd floor of the Johnson Field by the windows that overlook the track. Although we will meet inside we still will continue to run outside during the winter.
