Presented by Bob Lund and Hunter Larson, Engineering Managers at Fastenal. A fastener failure often raises a quality concern but is more likely an indication of an assembly problem or a symptom of an unanticipated service condition. In this webinar, we will learn how to identify key fracture characteristics and conduct a fastener failure investigation. We will also take a close look at common failure modes with case studies and discuss several methods for reducing or eliminating failures and overall risk mitigation in fastener application design.
