Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. The 8-hour training will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to help adults who are experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

Participants must attend the full day and complete the post-survey in order to receive a certificate. Prior to the training, participants will receive instructions regarding setting up an account and completing a pre-survey that will take less than 10 minutes.

Registration is limited for this free training. Contact Chasidy Faith to register.
