Please join us to watch Los gigantes no existen (“Giants Don’t Exist”), a 2017 film based on a true story about Guatemalan activist Jesús Tecú and the Río Negro massacre he survived as a child in 1982. However, he must live and work for the very man who helped to committed genocide against his Indigenous community.

Snack on free popcorn and learn more about Indigenous resiliency for our second showing of the Spring 2024 Spanish Film Fest. To include a wider audience, the film will have subtitles in English.
