Leveraging Your Strategic Gifts is an interactive 60-minute workshop designed to equip
college students with practical strategies for navigating workplace environments with
confidence and advocating for themselves and others—even without direct power or
authority.

Through engaging exercises—including the Waterline Exercise, Manager Advocacy
Scenarios, and Resource Navigation—participants will:
-Identify workplace dynamics that influence collaboration and career growth
-Practice real-world advocacy conversations to navigate workplace challenges
-Learn key pathways for accessing workplace support and professional development
