The Involvement Center's front desk is here to support you throughout your time as an org leader. Offering various services and resources, we're your first point of contact for all org related questions.

Student orgs can receive 86 free posters per event and 86 free recruitment posters per semester.

Every org is assigned a UW-Stout email address.  Permissions are assigned by individual users.

Organization Mail

We receive mail for student organizations (Sport Clubs go to Johnson Fieldhouse). If you have mail waiting, we'll email you weekly to stop by and pick it up.

Organization Email Accounts

Every org is assigned a UW-Stout email address. Access is granted through individual permissions.

There are two levels of permissions: owners and members.

“Owners” can do the following:
-Open the organization email as a second mailbox within their personal Webmail account.
-Modify the “member list” for this email account. The “member list” will be any of your other student org members that should have access to the student org email.

“Members” can do the following:

-Open the organization email as a second mailbox within their personal Webmail account.

If you are unsure what your org email is or if your officers are outdated and you need access, please email Nicole Eastman-Frazier.

Assign Permissions to the Shared Mailbox

Officers must be given access to the email before they can open it. Learn how to add/remove permissions for certain officers.
