This in-person, 8 hour FREE Mental Health First Aid Training Workshop for UW-Stout students will help participants better understand and respond to mental health behaviors friends and family are exhibiting, including depression, anxiety, suicide, and non-suicidal self injury, etc. Learn how to respond and assist others who may be experiencing a crisis. You will receive a 200+ page manual, a participant processing guide, and a certificate. You must attend the full 8 hour session (8am - 4:30pm with a 30 min. meal break).
