AFS Treasurer Elections

We are looking for a new Treasurer!
All are welcome to run (including current officers). Nominate yourself at the meeting OR by emailing phillipsb4844@my.uwstout.edu your full name, major, and any other details you feel are relevant.
It is a great resume item and there are opportunities for officers to receive scholarships and grants. ​On-the-job training will be offered.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the account with funds from the AFS national, FEF, and Stout's SSA.
- Filing for reimbursements from SSA
- Filing a budget with SSA per semester
- Applying for grants from AFS/FEF.
The funds are used for supplies, food, bus trips and whatever else we need to put on our events! You can participate in our open pours like normal and support newcomers learning our casting processes.
On average per semester, we host 4-5 Open Pours, a bus tour, presentations from potential employers, officer meetings, and more!
