Gestalt (Dnd Club)

These can be described as nothing less than interesting times. For some reason, the city of Steinkrampf has become a hotspot for dream realm incursions. Terrible beasts from people’s darkest and most primal fears are leaking from the nightmare realm into the once peaceful streets of the city. On top of that, many recent smuggling ring busts around the world show goods that have come from or through Steinkrampf, and some powerful but stark raving mad wizard in the city speak of beasts most at home in the hells coming to the city soon if “Thistle doesn’t stop their insidious work.”
You are monster hunters, investigators, and aid workers who have come to the city to help the inhabitants who live in fear of their worst nightmares coming to life, find out why Stienkrampf is a hotspot for dream realm activity, and render aid to the survivors.
This campaign will contain a LOT of homebrew content, my attempts at horror, and eventually body horror and gore. It will NOT contian any depictions of sexual violence but it may contain relevant allegories. Sex can and probably will be referenced, but at most scenes will fade to black.
This campaign is intended for players who have played the game before and feel comfortable playing role playing games. This game will be using D&D 5th Edition along with whatever homebrew I come up with.
