Mission
The purpose of the ASL Club is to promote the study of American Sign Language and the appreciation and understanding of Deaf culture by organizing educational and cultural activities open to all interested members of the University and the local community. ASL Club is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive environment where differences of opinions, beliefs, and values are sought, respected, and valued. ASL Club values deaf and hard of hearing Americans with diverse perspectives, experiences, and abilities while also embracing diversity and inclusiveness.

The Stout Association of Family and Consumer Sciences is affiliated with both the Wisconsin and American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. The purpose of the organization is to provide professional development for its student members. We encourage others to join our club even if Family Consumer Science is not your major.
