Rickie-Ann Legleitner, Ph.D. (she/her/hers) Professor of English and Philosophy - University of Wisconsin-Stout

Dr. Legleitner is an Assistant Professor of English, Advisor for Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and Inclusive Excellence Action Plan Coordinator at UW-Stout. She grew up outside of Flint, MI and currently resides in Menomonie, WI with her two dogs Foxy and Zelda.

Fred is from Rochester, NY where he spent the majority of his life. His studies are focused on race and ethnicity as well as sexuality studies. Fred is a new Higher Education professional and Stout is his first career role. Stout and the larger Menomonie community has been a strange but welcome change and he looks forward to the journey ahead.

Markie L. C. Twist, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC, CSE (she/her/hers or they/them/theirs) Professor in the Human Development and Family Studies Department and Marriage and Family Therapy Program - University of Wisconsin-Stout

Markie Twist is the Program Coordinator of the Graduate Certificate in Sex Therapy Program, and Professor in the Human Development and Family Studies Department and Marriage and Family Therapy Program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Dr. Twist is also a licensed marriage and family therapist and mental health counselor, as well as a clinical fellow and approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and certified sexuality educator and supervisor through the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. Dr. Twist also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Sexual and Relationship Therapy: International Perspectives on Theory, Research and Practice. To learn more about Dr. Twist visit: drmarkie.com.

Jennifer Luciani (she/her/hers) Administrative Ninja at Milkweed Connections, Educator/Mentor at the Menomonie Area Homeschool Group based at the Family Learning Center

Jen grew up near Boston, Massachusetts. She has worn many hats, including working in retail; as a temp; staffer of a peer hotline for LGBTQIA+ youth; research assistant in the sociology of health; recruiter of subjects for psychological research; academic reference librarian; roving health librarian; wilderness first responder; climate change activist; founding member of a cohousing community; co-founder of a non-profit dedicated to sustainable agriculture and a community farm; bookkeeper; and long-term homeschooling mom. She is also a WI Certified Peer Specialist and it feeds her soul to be of service to many people across western Wisconsin.

Life is transition, and Rachel is in the middle of a major one currently, trying to balance life and work around it. She uses her life experiences and gender journey in supporting others who are receiving mental health services or recovering from substance use issues.

Growing up queer and eventually coming out as transgender and nonbinary, Coltan's life has been defined by the dream to leave a better world than the one they were given. Through their work as well as their personal interactions, Coltan always tries to show people the unconditional love and affirmation that they deserve.

Adriana worked as a cashier and in an electronics department before she transferred to UW-Stout and started working at the Qube last year. She enjoys planning events for the Qube for things she is passionate about and her hobbies include writing, acting, and playing chess.
