Adaptions in Indigenous Resiliency

Indigenous peoples storytelling has been a vehicle of cultural education and sharing of generational knowledge. As societal advances occur, keeping up with the times is important to continue to tell the indigenous story and cultural ways. Learn how the Great Lakes Indian Fish & Wildlife Commission has outreached to their native community and beyond by creating Growing Up Ojibwe: The Game, a video game, as a mechanism to preserve their language and culture. This is a virtual event, participants will get a chance to try out the game.
