DESCRIPTION:This workshop aims to foster improved understanding of and support for the military affiliated student population at UW-Stout to enable their success.  Military service members and veterans are one of the fastest growing groups of non-traditional students in U.S. colleges and universities.  They bring unique perspectives and valuable experiences but may face challenges as students.  Additionally, the spouses and children of veterans and military service members comprise a segment of the student population.
