Welcome all to another great year of Blue Devil Pickleball! We are excited to see all the new faces and those who are returning this semester. We will be hosting Casual Pickleball Play on Monday nights from 7:30pm - 9:30pm starting September 14th due to September 7th being labor day. But don't let the delay discourage you from coming out and having a good time! We will also be hosting our Competative Ladder Leauge tournament this semester. It will run all semester on Tuesday nights from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. All of those who compete in the ladder league have a chance to win the grand prize of two $40 Sheels Gift Cards as well as two trophies (One for each of the winning duo). Competative Pickleball will start on September 8th, the day after labor day. Due to casual being a week behind Competative we will be using that week as time for you guys to get signed up for ladder league if you are interested. Read the rest of the email in order to learn more about everything we have to offer. Paddles and Balls will be provided at every event Casual and Competative. All our events will be held on court 2 of the MPR unless specified otherwise. We hope to see you all there, bring your friends and have some fun!!

Casual Play

Bring a friend and bring the vibes. The vibe is beginners welcome and low intesity. Our officers will be there to teach those who are new to the game, and we will have rotational play so that everyone gets in. Bring your roomate and your friends. Hang out and have a good time. Weather you bring just yourself or your whole friend group, all are welcome. 

Competative Play

Competative play will be held on Tuesday nights from 7:30 till 9:30pm. It will be a ladder league style tournament. A ladder leauge style tournoment means that if you win you move up on the ladder and if you lose you move down the ladder. Each week you will play against 2-3 other competative duos to try and win your spot at the top of the bracket. Throughout the semester we will be keeping track of your position on the ladder and at the end of the semester we will hold a pyramid style bracket tournament to decide the ultimate competative pickleball champions!

Sign Up For Ladder League

Ladder league is duos only. Please fill out this form (Signing Up For Ladder League) to sign up you and your partner. Only one person per duo needs to fill out the form. The form needs to be completed by 5:00pm September 8th in order to be entered into the tournament. The cost is FREE so tell your friends. Its going to be high effort competative pickleball competing to win the prizes at the end of the semester.
