MCSII is calling for students to submit their essay, poetry, photo, artwork, video, or other creation on a civil liberty topic to help educate others and for the chance to win a prize.

Cash prizes include $500, $250, $100, as well as $10 in the form of Menomonie Bucks.

Potential topics include but are not limited to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of association, freedom of religion, the right to privacy, due process rights, and economic freedom. Direct questions about suitable topics to shiellt@uwstout.edu
