Government & Nonprofit Career Fair

UPDATE AS OF 10/21/26 - Registration for this event is FULL as there are a limited number of spots available on the bus. HOWEVER, if you would like to attend, please feel free to show up at the bus loading location at 9:30am on Friday, Oct. 23. If there are students that do not show up and a spot opens up, it's yours! 

You are more than welcome to attend and drive yourself to the fair. Please inform our office if this is your plan and we will give you parking information.

You have been added to the waitlist for the 2026 Government & Nonprofit Career Fair at the Coffman Memorial Union at University of Minnesota Twin Cities on Friday, October 23rd.

Be sure to adhere to the bus details below. 

Bus Details 

• 9:30am - Meet on north side of Memorial Student Center (across from library), 10th Ave E.
• 9:45am - Depart for Coffman Memorial Union, University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus, 300 Washington Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455
• 11:00am–1:30pm - UW-Stout Polytechnic students attend Government & Nonprofit Career Fair
• 1:30pm - All students report to bus for trip back to UW-Stout Polytechnic
• 1:45pm - Depart for UW-Stout Polytechnic, Menomonie, WI
• 3:00pm - Arrive back at UW-Stout Polytechnic Memorial Student Center

The bus will not stop for food, so be sure to pack snacks or water. 

This is a professional event, and you will be meeting employers. Come ready to engage. 

• Bring copies of your resume (Padfolio to keep resumes). 
• Dress to impress. 
• Bring a positive attitude.
