We have invited Dr. Elijah Nicholas, who will lead this discussion. With more than 20 years of advocacy work and policy development, Dr. Nicholas will provide insights into our current sociopolitical landscape. He now serves as the Director of Policy and Strategy for the National Trans Visibility March and is the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Trans Equity Project.

Dr. Nicholas is a visionary leader and scholar. Holding a Doctorate in Business, three Master's degrees, a Bachelor's, and a certificate from Harvard Divinity School. With 20+ years of experience in advocacy, leadership, and policy development, his mission is clear: to drive bold, transformative policies that protect and uplift transgender and non-binary individuals nationwide.
From serving as a U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel to founding The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP), Dr. Nicholas has dedicated his career to advancing trans rights, health equity, and legislative advocacy. His thought leadership has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox News, making him a powerful voice in the fight for justice.
