This two-day retreat is intended to help students develop their skills in leadership, focusing on instilling agency and advocacy with an emphasis on how to navigate systems (interpersonal, institutional, and/or structural) that impact their daily lives. The purpose of the retreat is to impart students with the tools and leadership skills that will assist them in navigating their university life, career, and different communities.
