Details

Group Run. We typically run between 3-5 miles at about a 9:30-7:30 min/mile pace but are flexible and can accommodate runners of any skill level. We will be meeting just inside the left set of doors on the Applied Arts building and will be running outside so please wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
