This is our reserved classroom time to go over goals, educational topics, share protein recipes, and receive prizes. When you join our club you have the opportunity to learn from each other, have accountability, grow as a leader, listen to speakers, and have professional off campus opportunities. With a wide variety of interests, our club is all about diversity from powerlifters, to body builders, strong man, cross fit, simply to stay healthy, and those who don't know how to lift, we welcome you!
